CA. Aashish Agrawal, FCA, DISA, B.Com. (Hons.), Certified Concurrent Auditor
Aashish is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate having 17+ years post qualification experience. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2003. He has also successfully taken up post qualification courses offered by ICAI for Information System Audit (DISA) and Concurrent Audit.

He is a seasoned professional having good business acumen and understanding of regulations and its impact on industry/ business. He has worked extensively with varied clients across real estate, consulting, tourism, Infrastructure and banking sectors for various services e.g. Assurance & Certification, Taxation and Regulatory. His experience and understanding of the business environment provides the firm with leading edge in providing implementable solutions for the client needs. .

CA. Monika Agrawal, FCA, B.Com. (Hons.)
Monika is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate having 13+ years post qualification experience. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2007.

Monika has an extensive experience with banking sector and has held in-house position with ICICI Bank. She is an expert in handling accounting, regulatory and secretarial support to clients from varied industry sectors such as real estate, education and consumer goods.

CA. Nitin Goyal, B. Com (H), FCA, DISA, LL.B.
Nitin is a Chartered Accountant and a law graduate having 17+ years post qualification experience. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2003. He has also successfully taken up post qualification courses offered by ICAI for Information System Audit (DISA).

Nitin has worked with Big 4 consultancy firm (Deloitte and E&Y) and held in-house managerial roles within large multinational organizations (HCL, Chicago Bridge & Iron and Amazon Web Services) overlooking their tax functions. He is an expert in tax planning, transaction structuring and negotiation, tax litigation & controversies, tax due diligence, tax compliance for business entities, tax planning and compliance for expatriate employees. His experience allows him to suggest an overall executable solution to the business.
